I asked receptionist just for a minor document due to my health and told me i needed an appointment to get a piece of paper. Since when do they charge health insurance to obtain a single document? Furthermore, they made an appointment without my consent and still did not furnish said document. I honestly think they enjoy scamming the insurance and people. Also, many reviews are right, he does NOT listen to anyone as far as details of past injuries or current ones at that.

Does not really listen to the problems or past history. There is only one opinion despite of the past diagnosis and that is only his.

I chose Dr. Kangah for the convince of having a walking policy, I go in for a walking and said I cannot be seen because I need an appointment for a walk- in. I made it clear that it is a walking policy and I needed to see the doctor, after unwilling they let me in without an appointment I waited for over 11/2. The reason this is a poor medical practice is because if your going to publish that your practice is open for walk- ins than don't punish your patience with a long wait time for coming.
